So, this week was supposed to be important in regards to the marathon, but the business took over and I also threw a day off in after the long run (not the wisest decision.) Oh well, still an OK week and leaves me healthy and having gotten another 20 in and some fast miles. Also makes for 4 straight weeks of 60+ (or 5, as the first was 59, so aaaalmost,) so it's all good.
