I hate to be taking time off right now, but with three weeks in the mid-60's and 3 long runs in there (2 of which were at a quick pace,) I know I won't lose anything by doing it. Still, it means I gotta get it right so I can keep building. Likely try for two easy ones tomorrow and one Sunday. Then it's easy Monday, an easy one before the flight Tuesday and then just seeing what happens in F-L-A. Race on Saturday, so I've got to be Ok for that.
