Tired but fine after the weekend. Figuring this week is a "rest-but-maintain" week for the dual purpose of going into NB with some pop and needing a little r & r after the last 2 weeks.
Hill workout Wednesday and otherwise easy double and singles. Still will likely end up in the mid-70's, but that should work just fine before ramping back up for 2 weeks after the 1/2 before tapering. Lots of workouts and repeats on the horizon. Gotta be ready to make the gains stick.
