4 miles in the snow. Weights and core after.
My left calf is just not cooperating, so I shut the run down, came home and made some dinner (after working out.)
Gonna play tomorrow by ear, but if it hurts, I'm just going to have to take the day off, maybe Friday too and see what the race brings Sunday. Do I want to be having this sort of shit happening less than 4 weeks out? Nope. But, it is what it is and nothing's going to go right if I don't get this thing under control.

Hey, thanks Dan. I need that.
Man, I was so bummed to hear about your foot. Does it look to be a stress fracture as you'd suspected? Whatever it is, I hope you can heal fast and well. You really have gotten yourself into insane shape once again. Regardless of the standings or outcome or whatever from NB, your race, coupled with the story of how it went down, is one for the ages. Running like that on that day was absolutely beastly.
Anyway, thanks again for the note. I'm keeping my chin up.
