31.6 miles on the bike. 19.7 mph average.
Just set out to have a nice, medium, ride. Headwind for the first half, slight tailwind for the 2nd. Felt good. Weights and core after. Taking tomorrow off after having ridden the last two days. Riding Sunday will give me 4 days and somewhere @ 120 miles for the week. As with this summer, I can feel that it's giving my heart an entirely different, more sustained workout. Ultimately, it may leave my legs not quite run-ready when I return to running, but I have no doubt that aerobically, I'll be in decent shape.
