21 miles on the bike @ 20.1 mph. The wind was brutal for part of it, but I took advantage of the tailwind for a bit and had a great time killing myself on Herring Brook. No time for weights after. Tomorrow probably a longer ride and weights and core after.
The calf is neither better nor worse, but tomorrow, I'm putting in a call to my podiatrist (and THAT'S one of those sentences that 15 years ago I would have never envisioned. Like, wow.) He knows me, what I'm about, etc. and who knows what he may recommend, but it will be better than what I've gotten so far, which is a big old steamin' sack of nothin'.
