33.6 miles on the bike. Hammered this one pretty good. The overall pace was 19.8, so that's not a huge increase, but it would have been a solid 20+ were it not for numerous slow-downs and near-accidents because of the seasonal increase in bike trail traffic.
I kept the heart rate up and ended up with most of it in the 145+ range, so needless to say, it was an excellent workout and tomorrow will have me going easy to let that work sink in and build.
