0 miles on the bike, but a big whopping 2.25 miles on the run (3.5 total with walking.)
Did as the doc said and tried it in spurts.
.25 walk, .5 run, .25 walk, .75 run, .25 walk, 1 mile run, .25 walk.
Yup, felt a little pathetic, but also felt fantastic by the end. No pain. A little tender later in the day, but the run was pain free, no tightness.
