Well, that's it. I tried it out. Hell, I've rested for 5 damned days (well, 2 in a row, but the mile on Saturday shouldn't even count, even though it does because it irritated things again.) Nope.
Got 10 minutes in, feeling fucking great (and why wouldn't I? All this time off after big weeks and racing? I should feel like I'm ready to run through a wall.) It just came on and quick.
So, trip to a PA and then made an appointment to see a ortho tomorrow.
