Holy crap my right calf is tizzight! Managed 6 on the treadmill today from 7:30 to 6:40 and thought it might loosen me up, though work proved to do that more than anything. Felt OK, but tired as well as sore. That effort yesterday was a good long run substitute for sure. 37 for the 4 day week thus far. Not great, but it'll make for an easy 54 or so after the race Sunday. Tom's back this week, so it should bode well for getting back into the longer stuff.
