9 miles with Justin on the bike trail. Did the middle 4 at tempo pace. Windy and snowy so it went 5:31, 5:48, 5:51 and 5:23. The last was great and then we cooled down.
Day off yesterday, but didn't really need it. Feeling great and looking forward to 15 or so tomorrow.
