Opened with a cautious 7:32, then went 6:50, 6:42 and then was able to do the final 5 from 6:22 to 6:09 without feeling like I was going to die. the heat was actually nice and I was able to stride long and strong. At 43 for the week and if I can get 17 in between tomorrow and Sunday, 60 will make me fine and dandy.
