Did a 7:12 average and never got under 7 for more than a few minutes. Hot as hell and relentless sun, but I stayed even and didn't die. Tough week with 2 "0" days. Still hit 50, which after the 85 and the race probably did me some good. Plus, I'm supposed to be on vacation.
