10 miles and weights at the gym @ 6:45 pace overall. I just so badly want to run fast after all this being conservative. Hammy's still tight, so I'm icing the hell out of it from here on in.
I'm pretty sure the Foxboro 10 is out, it not only seems risky, but I really can't imagine 3 days from now trying to hammer 5:20 pace on hills without something in my right leg giving out.
I can skip it, keep training through it, ice it, rub it and show up to NB with 4 weeks of 80+ and hopefully a healed leg, or race too soon wreck it all here. I think I'll try the former.
