0 miles.
Decided the 6 yesterday on the heels of the tweak of the calf was better left alone.
Feeling good tonight (plus, I have the night off from work) and I know I made the right call.
Now I get to look forward to feeling good and fresh for tomorrow's run, then PT Tuesday a.m. and if all goes well, running Tuesday night to make it the first time I've run 2 days in a row in a month. The week ended with 3 days running and a 24 miles total. As I said last week, would I believe you if you said before all this that I'd be happy with such a total at the end of the week? Hell no, but right now, it's something I'm extremely grateful to type here.

F- 0 (30 min. bike)

Good to play safe. Spring is a long way away and once you're "back" you'll be surprised to find out how fit you've stayed.

Yeah, I figure if my climb back requires a few more days here and there, even a few weeks, ultimately it's worth it. I won't be much good at all if I can't get to the point where I'm running every day.
By the way, I downloaded the "Knights" behind the scenes segment. Great stuff. You're a natural.
Fun to see some of the equipment you guys are using as well. My wife and I have a budding photography business and I'm in charge of the video end. Shooting with a 7D on a shoulder rig with a follow focus. Amazing what can be done on the relatively cheap these days.
That 500fps camera you guys have is absolutely awesome.
OK, enough gear-babble.
Run fast (especially when chased by geese.)
