10.3 miles.

Great run with Mike Merrill on the roads of Nickerson. Great guy and a pleasure to run with.
We hammered pretty good up a few hills, played it by ear pace-wise and ended up with some quick 6:07-6:40 miles, 6:29 average with most of it well under that.

Decided to make that the day's only run, figuring I'll go longer alone tomorrow and then perhaps run again with Mike Friday. The weekend's already know to be a lighter one, as Kristen and I are headed to NYC for a shoot, but that's OK. I'll still end up with something in the 60 range and some great runs in there. The following week will see more workouts and a long one on the weekend before going to see Mr. Rupp tear up the B.U. track, so having this week be a little less planned and little easier is probably a good thing.
Hammy felt just fine.

Yah! Things are going good, man. More of these weeks strung together, building up and I'll be looking forward to Amherst and beyond.
Soon you'll be on those starting lines too!
